You can request that we delete your GasMate Pro account and all associated data (profile, service checklists, download history, and any other data we hold about you). This is your right under data protection law (e.g. UK GDPR).
What we will delete
- Your account (email, name, Gas Safe number, and related profile data)
- Your service checklists and any customer details you entered
- Your download and access history
- Session and device information linked to your account
We may retain some data where we are required to do so by law (e.g. for tax or legal claims) for a limited period. We will not use retained data for any other purpose.
How to request deletion
Send us an email from the email address linked to your GasMate Pro account. We will verify your identity and then delete your account and data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).
In the email, please include:
- Your GasMate Pro account email address
- A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted (e.g. "I request deletion of my GasMate Pro account and all associated data.")
